Who we are
NAWA Health is a digital metabolic-health platform delivered together with your clinical care team. The mobile app is owned and operated by Palmera Systems Co.
Data we collect
- Name, email, phone number
- Age, gender, height, weight, baseline measurements
- Metabolic assessment answers and readiness level
- Login and in-app usage events
Health data (Apple Health / Google Health Connect)
If you enable Health Data Sync inside the app, we read ONLY the following data types, and only with your explicit permission:
- Steps, active energy, exercise minutes
- Heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV)
- Blood pressure (systolic and diastolic)
- Weight, height, waist circumference
- Blood glucose (CGM) and HbA1c
- Sleep duration
NAWA never writes back to Apple Health or Google Health Connect — read-only. Your health data is never shared with any third party for advertising — ever.
How we use your data
- Personalize your treatment plan and check-ins
- Alert your clinical team when readings cross safe thresholds
- Improve the accuracy of the NAWA clinical engine
Who we share it with
- Your treating clinic (only the clinical team assigned to you)
- Infrastructure providers (cloud storage, push notifications) under signed data-protection agreements
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Payment processing
All payments and subscriptions are processed by our partner Paddle.com Inc., acting as the Merchant of Record. Your name, email, billing address, and payment information are shared with Paddle to complete the purchase, issue invoices, handle tax compliance, and manage your subscription. Your rights
- Turn off Health Sync any time from the Profile screen
- Request a copy of your data or delete your account by emailing support@nawa.health
