Who you are contracting with

NawaHealth is owned and operated by Palmera Systems Co ("we", "us", "the Company"). By using the service you enter into a binding agreement with Palmera Systems Co.

Acceptance

By continuing to use NawaHealth, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for:

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the NAWA platform — including software, design, branding, the NAWA Engine, and the NAWA Protocol methodology — are owned by Palmera Systems Co. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service under your selected plan.

Service level

We strive to keep NawaHealth available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may perform maintenance or update features at any time.

Medical disclaimer

NawaHealth is a digital support tool used together with your clinical care team — it is not a substitute for direct medical advice. Decisions about prescriptions, supplements, dosing, and any medical intervention remain the responsibility of your supervising physician.

Payment & subscription

All payments, subscriptions, taxes, and billing are processed by our partner Paddle. For the full purchase terms, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to NawaHealth for: (a) material breach of these terms, (b) non-payment of subscription fees, (c) security or fraud risk, or (d) repeated or serious policy violations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
