We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your NawaHealth subscription, you may request a refund within this window — no reason required.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our partner Paddle (the Merchant of Record). You can request a refund in one of two ways:

After your refund is approved

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Your subscription will end automatically once the refund is processed.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from the in-app billing settings or from your Paddle portal. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.
